The Executive Office of Education is seeking a low-cost, low-code solution to collect, update, and store data about the Commonwealth's 112 colleges and universities via digital applications and reports that DHE agency users can create and customize on the fly. The ideal solution will support EOE's various document-based regulatory review processes, including Campus Safety and Violence Prevention, Financial Assessment and Risk Monitoring, Program Review, and State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement. The solution should enable agency users to update information in their agency user profiles, access institution documents and reports, and update information in an institution's profile. The solution should also enable institution users to update information in their institution user profiles, access institution documents and reports, and update information in an institution's profile. Some of the key features required include: • Collection of application and/or attestation data and file attachments • Dashboard and tracking of application review/workflow status • Data verification for fields that can be verified with external databases • Auto-fill/import of application data based on institution or user profile information fields • Extraction of application data in user-friendly formats • Maintain a comprehensive history of institution and user submissions • Run advanced queries and extract data from institution or user profiles • Maintain public and private notes within an application or report submission • Append attachments to an institution's application or report submission via email The selected Bidder must support the initial deployment and ongoing maintenance and support of the Higher Education Institution Workflow Management. This includes project management and implementation support services, professional services associated with installation, configuration, development, quality assurance, testing, data conversion and migration, training, and other services.
