Description:
The U.S. Embassy in Serbia is seeking a contractor to provide regular maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant, sewers, and ancillary equipment at the Embassy compound in Belgrade. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining two wastewater treatment plants, including 5 blowers, 2 lift station pumps, 4 effluent pumps, and 2 sludge pumps, as well as 98 storm drain manholes, 21 sanitary sewage manholes, and 5 oil/water separators. The contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with a base year and one one-year option period. Key responsibilities include: * Regular maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant and sewers * Maintenance of ancillary equipment, including pumps and blowers * Inspection and repair of storm drain manholes, sanitary sewage manholes, and oil/water separators * Provision of a qualified team to perform the maintenance work * Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
