The City of Newark is seeking a consultant to provide consulting services for HUD programs, including grant compliance and management assistance. The consultant will be responsible for preparing strategic plans and evaluation reports, resolving outstanding HUD monitoring findings and concerns, and providing grants compliance and management assistance. The contract term will be 24 months, and the consultant will be required to provide a flat rate fee, not to exceed $80,000.00.
