The County of Orange, OC Public Works, is seeking bids for Portland Limestone/Portland Cement Concrete Maintenance and Repair Services. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all staffing, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for the services. The work will include minor concrete repairs to damaged sidewalks, spandrels, cross gutters, flood control channel lining, and access ramps throughout Orange County. The contractor must comply with the "Greenbook" Standard Specification for Public Works Construction and OC Public Works Standard Plans. • The contractor must hold an active Class A "General Engineering Contractor" or C-8 "Concrete Contractor" license issued by the California State Contractors License Board. • The contractor must provide a supervisor or foreman who shall be present at all times during contract operations. • The contractor must conduct operations in a manner that will minimize traffic congestion during peak-hour traffic. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances, including those related to safety, health, and environmental protection.
