The City of Fort Myers Procurement Division intends to award a sole source contract to Playcore Wisconsin Inc, dba GameTime, for the provision of GameTime playground equipment and parts. The justification for this sole source acquisition is that Dominica Recreational Products is the exclusive representative authorized to sell, distribute, and install GameTime products in the state of Florida. The city is seeking feedback from other suppliers who believe they can provide similar products or services. The scope of work includes the supply of playground equipment and parts. • The contract will be awarded under the authority of Florida State Statute 287.057(3)(c). • The city is utilizing the NO VALUE Procurement method for this contract. • The posting will remain active for 15 calendar days. • Suppliers can submit product information, statement of qualifications, and/or capabilities through the vendor questionnaire section.
