The City of Jacksonville Beach is seeking proposals for graffiti abatement services. The selected firm will be responsible for providing graffiti abatement services to the city. The proposal should include a minimum of five references of similar work completed within the last three years. The city reserves the right to negotiate with the highest rated respondent and to award the contract to multiple firms. • The contract term can be extended month-to-month if necessary. • The city reserves the right to terminate the contract for cause or convenience. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a drug-free workplace and comply with the city's safety requirements. • The contractor must submit a non-collusion affidavit and a non-bankruptcy affidavit. • The contractor must certify that it is not on the scrutinized companies that boycott Israel list and that it does not engage in any discriminatory practices.
