The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting market research through this Request for Information (RFI) to identify capabilities that will enable and empower their internal workforce by standardizing development and operations environments across CJIS projects. The goal is to implement an integrated suite of tools that supports the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and enables development and operations teams to work more effectively. The tools should encompass Agile planning and work management, source code repository management, automated continuous integration and deployment pipelines, service desk capabilities, and centralized user management with role-based access controls. • The RFI is open to all manufacturers and is for market research only. • The Government may request demonstrations. • Responses should include company name and business size, evidence of technical ability, and information on GSA Schedule and SIN. • The contemplated requirement includes identifying products that can support SAFe implementation, code repository management, and collaboration within government-hosted environments. • The environment should support multiple configurable helpdesks, logging all customer interactions, and tracking and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • The system should be user-friendly for non-IT users while offering advanced features for IT professionals.
