Budget Estimate (AI):

$50,000,000 – $500,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as it is a request for information and not a formal solicitation for bids. However, based on the complexity and scope of the project, it is likely that the budget will be in the tens or hundreds of millions of dollars. The USCG is seeking a robust platform that enables near-shore data connectivity, facilitates seamless interoperability with Federal, State, and Local partners, and enhances overall maritime domain awareness. The system should provide continuous VHF and UHF maritime communications coverage in inland, coastal, and offshore areas, and should align with applicable USCG, DHS, and Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise system architectures. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the cost of designing and developing the system, the cost of implementing and integrating the system with existing USCG systems, and the cost of maintaining and operating the system over its lifespan.
