The County of Wayne is requesting proposals for janitorial and window cleaning services in designated areas at the Wayne County Department of Public Services’ (WCDPS) Parks Administration Building – Nankin Mills Office Facility and Interpretive Area, located at 33175 Ann Arbor Trail, Westland, MI 48185. The scope of work includes vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, disinfecting, mirrors, entrance glass doors, washing, waxing and buffing of tile floors, carpet cleaning, and cleaning of windows. The contract term is for 3 years, with an option for 2 additional years.
