The U.S. Secret Service is seeking a contractor to provide a short-term lease of a spud barge and gangway in support of the 80th through 84th UNGA in New York, New York. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide the short-term lease of the spud barge and gangway. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the base year beginning on August 12, 2025, and ending on August 11, 2030. • The contractor must provide a spud barge with a deck scow, approximately 30’ X 90’, and a set of riser stairs if the tide height is low enough to create an unsafe condition with the angle of the gangway. • The contractor must coordinate with the scaffolding vendor to ensure the gangway is secured to a scaffolding tower. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, supplies, and equipment to perform the work. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and privacy.
