The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service is seeking a bulk email service to support its statewide mission of communicating with Texas' diverse population. The selected vendor will provide a cloud-based, centrally managed digital communication and marketing solution with easy-to-use development, tracking, and management capabilities. The solution must be able to handle a maximum of 2 million emails per month and have a contact list capacity of 500,000 individual addresses. The vendor will be required to provide campaign support for small group communications to statewide outreach, including emergency communications, regular newsletters, and notifications of events and announcements.
