The City of Rockville is seeking a qualified contractor to complete the David Scull Park Improvements Project. The project scope includes the construction of a pre-engineered, prefabricated building, demolition and removal of an existing park shelter, and installation of hardscape and landscape features. The contractor is responsible for inspections, permitting, and as-built drawings at completion of the project. The City has two State of Maryland Capital Grant Agreements that will provide funding for this project. • The project includes the construction of an ADA-accessible restroom with related items such as plumbing, water, and sewer, electrical and mechanical components. • The project includes the installation of hardscape and landscape features such as a new ADA walkway, benches, trash cans, picnic tables, and stormwater facilities. • The contractor must comply with any applicable State of Maryland requirements. • The project is funded by two State of Maryland Capital Grant Agreements.
