The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the El Cerrito DMV field office. The services will be performed for a term of 36 months, with the contractor utilizing truck-mounted equipment to perform parking lot sweeping. The contractor will also be required to perform pressure washing and/or steam cleaning of paved surfaces, including sidewalks, curbs, and building walls. The contractor must comply with all city and county noise abatement laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide services two times per week, on Sundays and Wednesdays, between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. • The contractor will be required to perform pressure washing and/or steam cleaning one time per month, every first weekend of each month, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and 10:00 p.m. on Sunday. • The contractor must maintain a weekly log confirming dates and times of services performed and verification of completion of sweeping, pressure washing and/or steam cleaning. • The contractor must provide proof of service after each service performed, including the date and time of completion of services.
