The Loxahatchee River District is seeking bids for the 20 Acre Site Remediation and Educational Facilities Phase I - Remediation project. The project involves furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation as shown on the Contract Plans and Specifications. The scope of work includes existing tree protection barricades and tagging, clearing and grubbing, site demolition, earthwork, rework of the southern perimeter bank sloping, installation of pond bank sodding, gravel access roadway and associated parking, access roadway swales and drainage piping, site preparation for chickee hut, ADA pathway connection, and installation of erosion control BMPs during construction. • The project is located in Palm Beach County, Florida, in the Town of Jupiter. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 13, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. • Bids will be received until 2:15 p.m. local time on January 27, 2026. • The bid bond is 10% of the total amount of the bid.
