Description:
The Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RI) is seeking a contractor to provide Rockwell Automation Software Maintenance in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract for one base year and four one-year option years. The contractor will provide system support and product support, including unlimited access to Rockwell Automation technical support engineers for real-time phone and electronic support. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for an award. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing Rockwell Automation Software Maintenance • Offering system support and product support • Ensuring 24x7x365 coverage • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations • Meeting the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work (Attachment 0001)
