Description:
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide emergency spill response services at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. The contractor will be responsible for providing 24/7 on-call services, including boom, weir, exercises, meetings, reports, and other related services. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months, with two option periods of 12 months each. The contractor must be OSHA HAZWOPER certified and have experience in emergency spill response. The evaluation factors for award will be based on the lowest price that meets the special standards of responsibility, with technical and past performance not applicable. • The contractor must provide pricing for the entirety of the project, including all options. • The contractor must have a plan in place for continuing essential contractor services during periods of crisis. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and agree to remain registered while performing the services.
