The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking an experienced firm to provide glass window and door cleaning services for city buildings on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform window washing services, including debris removal and disposal. The contract term is for three years, with the option for two one-year extensions. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in similar work and must pay prevailing wages to its employees. • The contractor must provide a detailed scope of services demonstrating their understanding of the city's needs and requirements. • The contractor must have experience working with cities, counties, or local government agencies. • The contractor must have certification as a SoftWash Certified Applicator. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and supplies to complete tasks. • The contractor must ensure products used will not stain or cause damage to building interior/exterior walls, interior/exterior casings, or glass. • The contractor must ensure that all work is done according to applicable local, state, and national codes and in a professional manner. • The contractor must provide adequate supervision at all times while any contractor employees are on the city's property in the performance of this contract.
