The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide refuse and recycling services in Cranberry, PA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to perform the services. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and must provide a signed SF 1449 and any solicitation amendments. The contractor will be required to perform services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). • The contractor must provide refuse and recycling services for the 99th Regional Support Command (RSC) at the Cranberry USARC. • The contractor must provide all necessary personnel, supplies, and equipment to perform the services. • The contractor must service the dumpsters twice per month in accordance with the PWS. • The contractor must provide a price for each FFP Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) for the base period and option periods. • The contractor must complete all "fill-ins" in provisions and clauses that apply and submit along with the RFQ response.
