The bidder must have at least five years of experience in providing similar services and must be able to meet the deadlines specified in the bid event. • The bidder must submit a narrative of their corporation and each subcontractor, including date established, ownership, number of personnel, and resources assigned to the project. • The bidder must provide a description of their qualifications and experience in providing the requested services. • The bidder must submit a timeline for implementing services and a detailed explanation of their methodology. • The bidder must provide three references who have purchased similar items or services from them in the last five years. • The bidder must include a copy of any contracts, agreements, licenses, warranties, etc. that they would propose to incorporate into the contract.
