Texas A&M University-Texarkana is seeking a contractor to provide beverage and snack vending services on campus. The contractor will be responsible for supplying, installing, servicing, and maintaining all vending equipment, as well as providing a variety of products and ensuring that all machines are well-stocked and functioning properly. The contractor will also be required to develop and execute an effective marketing initiative to promote the sale of beverages on campus. • The contract term will be for 10 years with the option to renew for an additional 2 years. • The contractor must have demonstrated competence in providing beverage and snack vending services. • The contractor must provide a comprehensive proposal, including a description of their ability to meet the requirements and specifications set forth in the RFP. • The contractor must provide proof of their current financial status and financial capacity. • The contractor must provide a proposed compensation structure and identify a proposed commission rate.
