The Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE) program is seeking proposals for logistics support services, including maintenance, supply, and transportation. The contract will be for a period of up to 5 years, with a total estimated value of $390 million. The services will be performed at various locations, including Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, Ft. Irwin, CA, and Joint Personal Property Shipping Office (JPPSO). The contractor will be required to demonstrate technical capability in all three functional areas and may use subcontractors to achieve this capability. • Maintenance services, including field level logistics, sustainment, modification work orders, and tactical maintenance • Supply services, including supply support activity, retail and wholesale property accountability, and standard army management information systems operations • Transportation services, including transportation, central travel office, and non-tactical vehicles support • Compliance with applicable logistics information systems and legacy systems • Ability to provide seamless transition of requirements and ensure open communication with the incumbent contractor and the government
