The United States Air Force is soliciting hotels for lodging services to participate in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under NAICS code 721110 (Hotels and Motels) and PSC code V231 (Lodging - Hotel/Motel) to support the 512th Airlift Wing's Unit Training Assembly (UTA) weekends near Dover Air Force Base, Dover, DE (DAFB). Hotels must be within 50 miles of DAFB. The Government requires lodging accommodations that meet basic safety and comfort standards for military personnel. • The BPA will be in effect from 01 July 2025 to 31 June 2030. • The contractor will provide hotel rooms when called by the Contracting Officer or their designated representative(s). • Prices to the Government are in accordance with the price list submitted by the contractor and approved by the contracting officer. • No individual purchase (call) placed against this agreement shall exceed $25,000.00.
