The Indian Health Service is seeking sources for a firm fixed-price, non-personal service type, commercial item purchase to provide repair, preventative maintenance, and calibration of a mobile X-ray system for the Standing Rock Service Unit, Fort Yates IHS Hospital, in Fort Yates, North Dakota. The project includes the repair and maintenance of a Carestream Health Model DRX-Revolution Radiographic System. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary resources to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described in the statement of work. The period of performance is 90 days from the date of award.
