The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, is seeking information for market research purposes to repair a JLG brand boom lift. The scope of work includes replacing the control panel decals, hose lines, and seal kits, as well as testing and commissioning the equipment. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the tasks. The work will be performed at Duke Aerial, 3400 Nebraska Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51501. • The contractor shall provide a warranty from the date of completion. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable OSHA regulations and safety procedures. • The contractor shall provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for their employees. • The contractor shall conduct a job safety analysis (JSA) before beginning work. • The contractor shall be responsible for ensuring the safety of their employees and the equipment.
