The California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) is seeking a contractor to provide services for the preventative maintenance and calibration of 128 single channel pipettes and 40 multichannel pipettes. The contractor will be responsible for providing all parts, materials, test equipment, tools, travel, shipping, and labor required to perform the tasks. The contract term is from April 15, 2026, to April 14, 2028. Key responsibilities include: • Providing onsite preventive maintenance and calibration services • Including parts, labor, and travel for repairs • Submitting a written estimate for parts and labor to the Contract Manager for approval before commencing repairs • Responding to service calls within two business days • Providing priority telephone and email technical support as needed • Repairing pipettes with issues within six months of preventive maintenance and calibration at no additional cost
