The Contra Costa County Department of Conservation and Development is seeking proposals from experienced firms to provide board up of structures, fence installation, and graffiti removal services. The initial term of the contract will be for one year with the possibility of two successive one-year renewals. The contractor will be required to obtain a board up permit, board up the structure, install fencing, and cover graffiti. The contractor must have a California B (General Building Contractor) license and meet other minimum qualifications. • The contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must have a minimum of $1,000,000 in professional liability insurance. • The contractor must provide a statement of experience, price proposal, and customer references. • The contractor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and pricing. • The contractor must provide a detailed price proposal for the initial one-year term. • The contractor must agree to provide additional information as required by the County to make an informed determination of qualifications.
