The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking bids from qualified organizations to provide rentals of All-Terrain Telescoping Rotary Tree Trimmers. The award period shall commence from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with renewal options for two (2) additional one-year periods or any portion thereof. The rental equipment should be in good operational condition with all necessary safety equipment included. The supplier will be responsible for supplying parts or reimbursing MoDOT for parts needed to repair the unit. Required repairs needed during the rental period may be performed by MoDOT with guidance from the supplier. MoDOT may choose to have the supplier complete more difficult/complex on-site repairs. • The rental equipment should be delivered to various locations throughout the state as specified in the solicitation document. • The supplier should provide training on the safe operation and routine/preventative maintenance of the equipment. • The contract period will be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with renewal options for two (2) additional one-year periods or any portion thereof.
