Southwest Texas College is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural firms to provide professional architectural services on an as-needed basis for all campus projects. The selected firm will provide services including master planning, feasibility studies, construction documents, and construction administration. The firm must be licensed to practice architecture in Texas, have experience with public-sector or higher education facilities, and maintain professional liability insurance. • The contract term is 1 year with up to 5 additional 1-year renewals. • The College reserves the right to reject any or all submittals. • The selection process will be based on demonstrated competence and qualifications. • Pricing will be negotiated after ranking in accordance with Chapter 2254.
