The United States Navy is soliciting quotes for the repair of an AC motor. The contractor will be responsible for performing all inspection and testing requirements as specified in the original manufacturer's specifications and drawings. The contractor must also provide a quote that includes the unit price, total price, and repair turnaround time (RTAT). The RTAT is measured from the date of physical receipt of the asset at the contractor's facility to the date of final inspection and acceptance by the Government. • The contractor must meet all requirements of the contract/purchase order, including quality assurance and packaging requirements. • The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the RTATs established in the contract. • The contractor must provide a drawing and an explanation of the reason for any changes in design, material, servicing, or part number. • The contractor must perform all inspection and testing requirements as specified in the original manufacturer's specifications and drawings.
