The Meriden Public Library is seeking a vendor to provide Category Two internal connections services, including the replacement and configuration of network switches and access points. The selected vendor will work with the library to specify the required items within the library's E-Rate category two budget for E-Rate FY2026/27. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary installation and configuration, cabling, licenses, connectors, components, shipping, and handling. • The library reserves the right to purchase some, all, or none of the products and services awarded under this contract for E-Rate FY2026/27 and subsequent E-Rate funding years covered by the agreement. • The vendor must include all necessary installation and configuration, cabling, licenses, connectors, components, shipping, and handling in their proposal. • The library is seeking a vendor with experience in providing Category Two internal connections services. • The vendor must be able to work with the library to specify the required items within the library's E-Rate category two budget.
