The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to provide park cleaning services at Aquilla and Whitney Park Lakes in Texas. The services include facility cleaning, grounds cleaning, water well testing, beach water testing, and refuse collection and disposal. The contractor will be required to perform these services at 17 recreation areas on Whitney Lake and 3 recreation areas on Aquilla Lake. The period of performance is a one-year base period with four optional 12-month periods. The contractor must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have a SPRS Cyber Vendor User role to enter Basic Assessment information. • Facility cleaning • Grounds cleaning • Water well testing • Beach water testing • Refuse collection and disposal • Cleaning of restrooms, picnic/camp sites, group shelters, and screened camping shelters • Cleaning of dump stations, playgrounds, and play amenities • Cleaning of courtesy docks and piers • Testing and monitoring of well systems
