The State Highway Administration is seeking bids for the maintenance and repair of Pump House A/B, located at 40 Monocacy Blvd, Frederick, MD 21702. The scope of work includes heating and ventilation, electrical systems, site lighting, plumbing and utilities, and other services necessary for the proper maintenance and operation of the building and pumping system. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work. The contract will be for a period of one year, with no option periods.
