The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to contract with Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC) on a sole source basis for the continued research, development, and production of the Advanced Threat Warning Sensor (ATWS)/Common Infrared Countermeasure (CIRCM) System. The contract will be a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract. Interested sources may submit a statement of interest and supporting documentation to Contracting Officer Chase Brasher.
