Montgomery County is seeking a vendor to provide an employee wellness platform and related services. The platform should include web and mobile capabilities, health assessments, single sign-on, lifestyle management and condition support digital health programs, connections with wearable devices, an individualized rewards/incentive program, a web-portal containing health resources, tools, and tracking, health challenges, and gamification. The contract will be for a duration of 2 years with options for three 1-year renewals.
