The U.S. Consulate General Cape Town is seeking qualified electrical contractors to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the provision of general electrical services. The BPA will cover routine electrical maintenance, emergency repairs, circuit diagnostics, installation work, and related services at U.S. Government facilities in Cape Town. The contractor must have valid DoL registration and electrician licenses, relevant experience, occupational health and safety compliance, adequate insurance, and personnel and responsiveness. The contractor must also provide a clear and complete rate schedule in ZAR. • The BPA is non-exclusive and the Government reserves the right to issue BPAs or individual orders to other qualified vendors. • The total combined value of all orders issued across all BPAs under this solicitation is not expected to exceed ZAR100,000.00 over the BPA period. • The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the BPA, including the FAR and DOSAR clauses. • The contractor must provide services in accordance with the BPA, including routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and installation work. • The contractor must have the necessary equipment and facilities to perform the services.
