The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to Arizona Generator Technology Inc for the Generator Circuit Breaker Replacement Services at the Four Corners Regional Healthcare Center. The generator circuit breaker needs to be replaced due to increased tripped from the main utility power supply consistent power fluctuations. The contractor shall replace the generator circuit break and provide any additional necessary parts. The work must be completed within 90 consecutive calendar days after the official "Notice to Proceed" is granted by the Contracting Officer. • The generator is a Cummins, QST-30-G3 900 KW Standby Duty Diesel Fueled Genset 1. • The contractor will coordinate with the Contract Officer regarding any additional necessary parts. • The contractor shall provide their own tools, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, equipment, supervision, personal protective equipment, and other items to perform required services. • The contractor shall follow the Safety Officer's additional criteria and provide all personal protective equipment for safe implementation of their responsibilities.
