Description:
The City of Cincinnati is seeking a contractor to provide air testing services for the Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSDGC). The services include conducting Continuous Emission Monitors (CEMS) annual Relative Accuracy Test Audit (RATA) for CO, SO2, oxygen, and flow monitors, as well as Sewage Sludge Incineration (SSI) Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) performance tests and Title V Permit emission testing. The contractor will be responsible for preparing test protocols, coordinating with MSDGC and Ohio EPA personnel, collecting data and samples, analyzing results, and submitting final reports. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with two optional 12-month renewal periods. • The contractor must have experience in providing scheduled maintenance and emergency response services. • The contractor must be able to provide air, gas, and water testing services on an as-needed basis. • The contractor must be able to accommodate reasonable testing timelines to enable MSDGC to meet regulatory deadlines. • The contractor must be able to provide personnel and equipment needed to collect data and samples. • The contractor must be able to analyze data and prepare final reports suitable for submission to regulatory agencies.
