The Ector County Independent School District (ECISD) is seeking proposals for an organization/agency to provide a high-quality and high-impact community-based education program targeting dropout prevention and recovery for students under 21 years old who have not graduated from high school. The program must include flexible instructional delivery models, attendance accounting, and documentation practices to maintain Average Daily Attendance (ADA) eligibility and compliance. The selected organization/agency will be expected to provide services that demonstrate measurable improvement in areas such as student achievement, attendance, graduation rate, and support services for Special Education students and English Learners. • The program should serve students who are at risk of academic failure or have dropped out of school. • The organization/agency must have experience in providing similar services to multiple school districts in multiple states, including Texas. • The proposal should include at least three years of data to demonstrate success with the described student population. • The organization/agency must implement attendance accounting and documentation procedures aligned with TEA and ECISD requirements. • The selected organization/agency will be expected to collaborate with the District to ensure accuracy of PEIMS reporting, ADA eligibility, and all required documentation for funding and accountability purposes.
