Description:
The US Coast Guard is seeking contractors interested in providing maintenance and repair services for the USCGC JUNIPER (WLB-201) drydock availability in FY26. The work includes drydocking of a 225ft vessel, inspection and maintenance of underwater body paint, hull, and buoy deck anchor chain, and other tasks. There are approximately 93 line items. The contractor will be responsible for providing suitable tenting to create or maintain required ambient conditions for preservation and to contain all waste generated during preservation processes. The contractor must also provide an independent NACE-certified level 3 inspector for the preservation of all critical-coated surfaces. • The USCGC JUNIPER (WLB-201) is a 225ft seagoing buoy tender homeported at 400 Sand Island Parkway, Honolulu, HI 96819. • The work list includes drydocking, inspection and maintenance of underwater body paint, hull, and buoy deck anchor chain, and other tasks. • The contractor must provide suitable tenting to create or maintain required ambient conditions for preservation and to contain all waste generated during preservation processes. • The contractor must also provide an independent NACE-certified level 3 inspector for the preservation of all critical-coated surfaces.
