The City of Columbus, Public Safety Department is seeking a vendor to provide a lease for 5 Canon ImageRunner Advance DX 4945i Systems or equal, along with associated maintenance and supplies. The lease should be for a 36-month term with a $1 buyout at the end of the lease term. The City is also seeking a maintenance agreement for the same period, with pricing expressed as a cost per print/copy for black image. The agreement should include all parts, labor, emergency calls, travel time, mileage, regular inspections, preventive maintenance, equipment modernization, drum replacement, free loaner equipment, and replacement guarantee. • The lease should include delivery, installation, start-up supplies, and training at the specified locations. • The maintenance agreement should include automatic collection of meter readings and a user response time guarantee. • The City does not sign lease or maintenance agreements, and does not pay late or penalty fees. • The City will issue purchase orders as needed each year, contingent on funding and approvals.
