The Montana Department of Transportation (MDT) is seeking bids for contracted noxious weed spraying in Musselshell County, Lewistown Area. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and traffic control necessary to control noxious weeds on MDT maintained right of ways. The contract will be awarded to the lowest total cost for spraying Zone 1 and Zone 2. * The contractor must be a licensed pesticide applicator with a valid MT Pesticide Applicators license. * The contractor must comply with all state and local environmental protection and worker protection laws. * The contractor must provide a detailed itemization of herbicides, rates of active ingredients, and surfactants used to treat each weed species. * The contractor must follow all Montana State Laws and label directions in handling, application, and disposal of herbicides. * The contractor must provide spray records to MDT within 2 weeks of completion of work on each corridor.
