The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Labvantage Solutions Inc for a one-year licensing and support agreement for a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software. The system will be used to support the Sterility Testing Service (STS) in providing cGMP-compliant microbiology testing. The required items for this requirement include original software, JBoss App Server, and additional software orders. • The system must meet or exceed manufacturing facility standards regarding data integrity, electronic systems, and documentation. • The licensing agreement will assist with the configuration and rollout of the Portal. • The procurement and implementation of these licenses will ensure all required functionalities are enabled, help close compliance gaps, and drive process improvements and efficiencies.
