The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) intends to acquire a Datasplice License and Maintenance on a Sole Source purchase order for CY2026. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is April 2, 2026 – April 1, 2027. • The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12. • Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement. • Capability statements must include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements.
