Budget Estimate (AI):

$20,000 – $40,000

The budget for this project is not explicitly stated, but based on the fact that it is a discretionary procurement with a value of less than $50,000, it is likely that the budget will be in the range of $20,000 to $40,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the project will require a moderate amount of design work and that the vendor will need to provide a comprehensive design and specification package. The actual budget may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the level of expertise required.
