The Ceres Unified School District is seeking lease-leaseback entities to provide construction services for the Phase 3 Carroll Fowler Classroom Addition project. The project involves the addition of a new classroom building with four classrooms and auxiliary spaces, as well as demolition of existing site improvements, utilities, and asphalt and concrete flatwork.
