The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a contractor to provide environmental and curing chambers. The contractor will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining the chambers, as well as providing training and warranty services. The contract will be a fixed-price type, and the period of performance is not specified. The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must be able to demonstrate their ability to perform the work. • The contractor must provide a technical response, including a proposed design and approach, as well as a price quotation. • The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quote submission. • The contractor must be a small business, as defined by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 333415. • The contractor must be able to provide a completed copy of the provision at FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (DEVIATION FEB 2025).
