The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking the services of a qualified Contractor to provide bi-annual exterior cleaning services for WMATA's railcar fleets. The goal is to have all 1,202 WMATA railcars cleaned to a level of quality that is compliant with this Scope of Work and sufficient for vehicles to return to revenue service. • The contract has a one base year Period of Performance (POP) and four one-year options. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the exterior of the railcars. • The contract requires the contractor to clean 1,202 railcars. • The cleaning services will be performed on a bi-annual basis.
