Description of Work: This Project consists primarily of, in coordination with Cape Vincent Waterfront Improvements - Bid Set A, the furnish and installation of new, public docks along Cape Vincent’s Waterfront. The new public dock installation will also include mechanical dredging of the existing marina basin, dewatering and transport of dredge material, furnish and installation of gangway, and furnish and pre-installation of utilities. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “BID – Cape Vincent Waterfront Improvements - Bid Set B” and must include all required bid forms, certifications, and bonds.
