The UNICOR Elevator Modernization project involves the modernization of three passenger elevators and one service elevator in an existing 8-story office building. The work includes demolition, cutting and patching, concrete, masonry, a new exterior steel stair, firestopping, metal doors, finishes, elevator work, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, and related work. The project will be completed in phases, with two passenger elevators and associated machine rooms to be substantially complete and approved for use by the owner before commencing work on the remaining passenger elevator and service elevator.
