Description:
The University of North Texas System Facilities Planning & Construction is seeking a contractor for the interior renovation of approximately 9,500 SF of the Kerr Hall Dining space. The project includes converting the existing dining facility into a new Mean Greens vegan dining facility, accommodating approximately 300-350 people, with a renovated kitchen and serving area, new fume hood, and new public restrooms.
